WHAT'S A LIFE COACH LIKE?
Having a life coach is like having a personal “cheerleader” - someone to support, help, guide, encourage, and challenge your teen or young adult in a non-judgemental and safe space.
ICD Life Coaching will work with your teen or young adult who wants positive change in their life and will commit to do the work. We collaborate with them to:
